Suzanne Elizabeth Waire, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas H. Waire, of Baldwin, married Robert Anthony Mulqueen, son of Michael J. Mulqueen Sr. and Lea A. Mulqueen, both of Cockeysville, on Aug. 23.

The couple married at St. John's Lutheran Church, in Phoenix, with a reception following at Peerce's Landing, in Phoenix. The Rev. Partee Boliek officiated the ceremony.

Heather LaPointe served as matron of honor. Michael J. Mulqueen Jr. served as best man.

The bride is a graduate of Loch Raven High School and Loyola College in Maryland and manages a special investigative unit for Allstate Insurance Company.

The groom is a graduate of Dulaney High School and Towson University and is an owner of Ground Control Mixed Martial Arts Academy, in Baltimore.

The couple lives in Perry Hall Farms.
