She began her career in the family business owned by her father, Charles Rittenhouse.
Rittenhouse grew up in Ten Hills, then resided in Arbutus for many years before moving to Carroll County.
The Baltimore Mariners of the American Indoor Football Association named University of Maryland, Baltimore County graduate Elizabeth Guaraldo as director of Baltimore Mariners cheerleading and UMBC graduate John Wolfe as public relations director for the American Indoor Football Association team.
Guaraldo has been the director of the National Indoor Soccer League's Baltimore Blast Cheerleaders since 2007. She was a 2005-2006 Washington Redskins cheerleader.
At UMBC, she was on the school's dance team as both a member and a captain.
Wolfe served as general manager for the Baltimore Blackbirds in 2007 for the Chesapeake Tide of the Continental Indoor Football League (CIFL) in 2008.
He oversaw the re-branding of the Tide to the Maryland Maniacs and the subsequent move to the Indoor Football League (IFL) following the 2008 season.
He earned a bachelor of arts degree from UMBC and a master of business administration from Columbia Southern University.
