Chris Brown, who owned and operated the Catonsville Bakery and Delicatessen on Edmondson Avenue between 2003 and 2004, still owns 44 original recipes from the kitchen of longtime Catonsville baker Frank Bruns.

As a way to raise money for Mount de Sales Academy, where Brown taught and his wife Holly and two daughters Alex and Erica all attended, Brown is now offering all of the recipes to the public for $1 apiece.

Money raised from the sale of the recipes will be donated to Mount de Sales Academy.
