Diddywopps and Keeffers Fine Arts and Crafts Gallery will be transformed into a luxury dining room complete with roaring fire, five-star dinner and guest speaker Anne Walker, a Monkton artist, Nov. 13.

The dinner, from 7 to 10 p.m., is the third annual fundraiser for the Northern Baltimore County Art Foundation, which raised money to fund scholarships to deserving area high school artists who are college-bound.

"Anne Walker has a nice following and she is one or our top three selling artists," said Tami Satterfield, Diddywopps and Keeffers' owner and president of the Northern Baltimore County Art Foundation. "Her works are large and are inspired by the local landscape. They show she knows the land and she understands farming."

Walker's latest exhibit, "Mending Fences" will be on display.

Limited tickets are available at $150 a person. Call 410-472-0470 or visit www.NBCAF.com for more information.

Diddywopps and Keeffers is at 1901 Monkton Road.
