Navy Seaman Philip A. Capron, son of Susan N. and Philip M. Capron of Phoenix, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.
Capron is a 2002 graduate of Calvert Hall College High School.
