The Baltimore County Office of Fair Practices and Community Affairs is offering a free bus tour to historic African-American communities in the county Wednesday, Feb. 11.

Historians Louis Diggs and Lenwood Johnson will accompany the tour to sites in Overlea, Chase, Essex, Dundalk and Edgemere. Time is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

To reserve a seat, call the fair practices office at 410-887-5557 by Feb. 5.

While this is a worthwhile activity, perhaps the director of this office could do her job and update the calendar of events on her office Web Site.
