The Overlea-Fullerton Recreation Council is offering scholarships for graduating seniors who reside within the boundaries of the recreation council, have participated in programs offered by the rec council, have volunteered within their community and have maintained a 2.0 grade point average or higher.

Applications may be picked up at the council office, 4304 Fullerton Ave., during normal business hours or at local high school guidance offices.

Applications must be received by 3 p.m. Thursday, April 16.
