Baltimore County Police say two men tried to pull an ATM out of a convenience store on Southwick Road last week, but only got as far as the parking lot.

The incident occurred at about 4:12 a.m. on Oct. 24, when two men forced their way into the Royal Farms store and used a rope and stolen vehicle to rip out an ATM. According to police.

The men were scared off by a clerk before they could load the machine into their vehicle, and fled, police said.
