Students enrolled in Jemicy School’s lower and middle classes took a trip back in time this fall, and used what they learned from that trip in their Fall Festival Day last week.

Students at the Owings Mills’ campus finished their fall cross-curricular unit which integrates a common theme into all subject areas for all grade levels at the school.

This year, for the cross-curricular unit, students studied the 1920s.

At the Fall Festival Day, students wore 1920 costumes, became flapper dancers, enjoyed the 1920’s Coney Island-themed food and presented 1920-style soap box cars they created.
