Hilltop Circle, 1000 block, 6:18 p.m. June 30. University of Maryland, Baltimore County, police received phone call that UMBC security guard had made threats against members of UMBC police department. Mobile crisis team responded to home in the 400 block of Dale Avenue in Baltimore, where they seized numerous weapons. A 35-year-old man was later arrested and charged with reckless endangerment. He is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.

Fusting Avenue, unit block, 9:32 a.m. June 29. Employee of Genesis Health Care saw window that had been locked was slightly open and there was evidence that windowsill had been burned.
