An East Baltimore man is wanted by Baltimore County Police in connection with a Dec. 3 carjacking in Overlea.

County Police say Damon Partlow, 30, is one of four suspects who they allege assaulted and robbed an Overlea man, then stole his car.

Police were called to the intersection of Van Dyke and Whitby roads in Overlea at 4:30 p.m. for a report of a suspicious subject.

They found a man handcuffed and bleeding from the face. The victim told police he was at his home in the first block of Emelia Woods Court when several men robbed and assaulted him inside his home.

The victim was handcuffed by the suspects but was able to escape by smashing through a first floor window.

The suspects drove away in a white van and the victim's vehicle. The victim ran to some nearby homes for help.

Partlow is described as a black male, 5-feet 5-inches tall, weighing about 165 pounds. Police believe he frequents the areas of Monument and Madison streets in East Baltimore.
