Baltimore County Police said a man stole a purse and pushed a woman to the ground in the parking lot of the Courthouse Square apartments in Towson last week.

The incident occurred at Acorn Circle and Mockingbird Lane, at about 4:30 a.m. Dec. 15.

Loch Raven

Pleasant Plains, 8600 block, 8:30 p.m. Dec. 17. Police arrested a man after he allegedly broke into a house and refused to leave. Michael Ivey, 22, of the 8800 block of Harford Road, Parkville, is charged with fourth-degree burglary.
