The historic Clynmalira house, on nine acres on Carroll Road in Monkton, is under contract at an undisclosed price, according to agents with Coldwell Banker's Greensping Valley office in Brooklandville. An Aug. 11 settlement is scheduled on the sale of the property, which was offered at $2.4 million.
