Development Review Committee

DRC meetings are held in Meeting Room 123 of the County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave. in Towson.

*15701 Home Road, Sparks, July 28, 1:30 p.m. For a lot line adjustment.

*16832 Wesley Chapel Road, Monkton, Aug. 4, 1:30 p.m. For a refinement to the minor subdivision to reconfigure lot 2.

Zoning Commissioner's Hearings

Hearings are held in Room 104 of the Jefferson Building, 105 W. Chesapeake Ave., Towson, unless otherwise specified.

*4851 Long Green Road, Glen Arm -- July 24, 9 a.m. Special hearing to determine whether a dairy processing facility is permitted, and if the facility may be leased to a third party.

*21616 York Road, Freeland -- July 30, 9 a.m. Special hearing to approve continued nonconforming use and expansion of use for the manufacture, warehousing, sales and wholesale distribution of concrete products.

*21015 York Road, Parkton -- July 30, 11 a.m. Special hearing to allow 75-foot setback, rather than required 150 feet, from center line of York Road.

*18301 Middletown Road, Parkton -- Aug. 7, 11 a.m. Special hearing to allow dwelling to be as close as 80 feet, rather than required 150 feet, to the center line of a collector road that is also a scenic route.
