Development Review Committee
DRC meetings are held in Meeting Room 123 of the County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave., in Towson.

Zoning Commissioner’s Hearings
Hearings are held in Room 104 of the Jefferson Building, 105 W. Chesapeake Ave., Towson, unless otherwise specified.

•Dec. 1, 10 a.m. — 13132 Tracey’s Store Road, Phoenix. Variance to allow 100 feet setback from adjacent property that is cultivated in lieu of at least 300 feet.
