The following is a synopsis of local planning cases that make their way through the Baltimore County planning process. These cases involve projects in the 3rd council district and are open to the public.
Hearing Officer’s Hearing
Hearing officer’s hearings are held in Room 104 of the Jefferson Building, 105 W. Chesapeake Ave. in Towson, unless otherwise noted.
•Jan. 16, 9 a.m. — Brighton Court, SW/S Dance Mill Road S Blenheim, Phoenix. The proposal is for 11 single-family houses.
Zoning Commissioner’s Hearings
Hearings are held in Room 104 of the Jefferson Building, 105 W. Chesapeake Ave., Towson, unless otherwise specified.
•Jan. 21, 9 a.m. — Old York Road, Monkton. Special hearing, Tax Account No. 10-03-047951: to allow a nondensity transfer of a 1.432 acres +/- parcel of land from George W. Constable and Elizabeth W. Constable to Eleanor W. Reade (owner of an adjacent tract). Tax Account No. 10-03-047951: to allow a nondensity transfer of a 18.398 acres +/- parcel of land from George W. Constable and Elizabeth W. Constable to Eleanor W. Reade (owner of an adjacent tract).
•Jan. 21, 10 a.m. — Old York Road, Monkton. Special hearing, Tax Account No. 10-03-047952: to allow a nondensity transfer of a 10.623 acres +/- parcel of land from George W. Constable and Elizabeth W. Constable to Ronald L. Maher Jr. and Margaret Howard Maher (owner of an adjacent tract).
•Jan. 22, 10 a.m., 2013 Shepperd Road, Monkton. Special hearing to confirm the existence of a nonconforming three-unit dwelling on the subject property.
