The following is a synopsis of local planning cases that make their way through the Baltimore County planning process. These cases involve projects in the 3rd council districts and are open to the public.
Development Review Committee
DRC meetings are held in Meeting Room 123 of the County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave. in Towson.
•March 16, 1:30 p.m., 19456 Old York Road, White Hall. The proposal is for a lot line adjustment.
•March 16, 1:30 p.m., 932 and 936 Ridgebnrook Road, Sparks. The proposal is for a CRD refinement for lot 3EE.
Zoning Commissioner’s Hearings
Hearings are held in Room 104 of the Jefferson Building, 105 W. Chesapeake Ave., Towson, unless otherwise specified.
•March 18, 9 a.m., 4803 Bart Allen Lane, Baldwin. Variance to permit a garage to be located in the side yard in lieu of the rear yard; and [2] together with such additional relief as the nature of this case as presented at the time of the hearing on this petiton may require, within the spirit and intent of the BCZR to permit the proposed uses.
•March 18, 2 p.m., 18603 Falls Road, Hampstead. Special hearing for a non-density transfer of 2.2 acres from 4209 Beckleysville Road to 18603 Falls Road.
•March 18, 2:30 p.m., 4209 Beckleysville Road, Hampstead. Special hearing for a non-density transfer of 2.2 acres from 18603 Falls Road to 4209 Beckleysville Road.
