Baltimore County police have obtained a warrant for a convicted rapist who they’ve been searching for since February.
Charles Andrew Kingery, 61, of the Parkville area, failed to appear for sentencing on child abuse and rape charges in February, police said.
Kingery is described as a white male, 6-feet, 260 pounds, with gray hair and possibly a gray beard.
Detectives say Kingery was convicted in October 2008 for sexual child abuse and second-degree rape of a juvenile. Investigators have been looking for Kingery without success.
Police are asking anyone with information about Kingery to call 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP (1-866-756-2587). To text a message to Metro Crime Stoppers, send to “CRIMES” (274637), then enter the message starting with “MCS,” then add the information.
