A pair of 17-year-olds were involved in an early morning fatal accident, according to Baltimore County Police.
Dennis Woolford, a 17-year-old from Phoenix, was heading south in the 13,500 block of Jarrettsville Pike, north of the Loch Raven Reservoir, just after 7 a.m. when he lost control of his BMW, said police spokesman Bill Toohey.
Woolford’s car crossed the double yellow lines and collided with a Jeep head-on.
Woolford, a student at Loyola Blakefield, in Towson, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Jeep was driven by 17-year-old Gabrielle Lee Payne.
Payne, a student at Harford Lutheran School, in Bel Air, was taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center by ambulance.
Her injuries are not life threatening.

My heart gos out to these two familys. As a person who lost people I love in traffic accidents I know how your life has been torn apart. My prayers are with you, those words ment nothing to me for a very long time as my pain and grief went very deep. Remember friends and family are angels who lift you up when your wings are broken and you have forgotten how to fly.
