Community fair was great day thanks to excellent support

I would like to extend a friendly thank you to everyone for volunteering their time and energy for coming together and having a great day at Hillcrest Park for our 6th annual Community Fair.

This was our most successful event to date, so how happy are we!

The fair was organized once again by Joan Mitchell of the Southwest Leadership Team and Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks.

An extra special "thank you" goes to state Sen. Ed Kasemeyer, Dels. Jim Malone and Steve DeBoy and Councilman Sam Moxley for their support in providing prizes for the nearly 500 who attended this year that would not have been available without their help.

Ambrose Funeral Home in Lansdowne donated the 50/50 raffle tickets and Bonnie Asbury of Riverview was the winner of the drawing.
